At first Trinity Pitman claimed her 1 year old fell while jumping on a trampoline and hit his head on a brick.
Georgia hospital staff went to treat
the 20 month old baby and discovered that the injuries did not match up with her story about what had happened. They reported that his abdomen was filled with blood and his lungs with fluids.
After that baby Conner was taken to another Atlanta hospital where he was pronounced dead that night.
The 23 year old mom and her boyfriend Jeremy Davis came out and told investigators that she beat her son because she was upset that he had a dirty diaper.
Trinity Pittman of Palmetto, GA was denied bail and is charged with felony murder and first degree child cruelty in the murder of her son 20 month old Conner Perry.
