Three Dayton men were arrested on a multi-million dollar fentanyl seizure. Montgomery County Sheriff's office reported (to WHIO TV) that the amount of fentanyl they discovered is enough to off the entire state of Ohio. Ohio attorney general Dave Yost said "The quantity of fentanyl in this case amounts to chemical warfare and a weapon of mass destruction."
Grady Jackson 37, Shamar Davis 31, and Anthony Franklin 30 are all accused of Possession with Intent to Distribute 400 or more grams of fentanyl as well as Possession of a firearm.
Montgomery County Sheriff's office seized 40 pounds of Fentanyl, 1500 grams of Methamphetamine, 500 grams of Heroin and more than $30,000 in cash.
