I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful woman who is making changes in the lives of her Ms community. Marvis Green an MS Patient started a non-profit organization to bring awareness to the MS Community. Over the next few weeks, we will hear more about her organization and how we can help. They focus on serving those living with MS in the Greater Cincinnati Area, and abroad.
Founded in 2008 by Marvis R. Green as a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization
CEO, Marvis R. Green is the youngest of twelve siblings. She is from Cincinnati, Ohio where she currently lives with her family. At an early age,
she began speaking at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church where her spiritual foundation began. Throughout the years she perfected her speaking abilities. In 2007 and 2008 she was the keynote speaker for the MS Rally at Macy’s Credit and Customer Service. Furthermore, in 2007, she was the recipient of the YMCA Black Achievers Award for Outstanding Community Service. In 2008 she founded The MS Motivational Institute, Inc, and continues to be active within the community.
